听Those are some of the topics to be discussed June 15-16 as part of an institute offered by the University of Louisville鈥檚 Brandeis School of Law.
听The Carl A. Warns, Jr. and Edwin R. Render Labor and Employment Law Institute is targeted to attorneys, human resource professionals, union representatives and other workplace experts. The annual examines current and emerging labor and employment law issues.
听This year鈥檚 keynote speaker is , a partner of Los Angeles-based law firm Paul Hastings. Grossman is co-author of Employment Discrimination Law, a annually updated for 35 years that has been described as 鈥渢he definitive treatise in this complex and highly detailed area of law.鈥
