Author Tim Gautreaux will give the keynote address at the in October and award-winning poets Greg Wrenn and Tony Hoagland will be on Belknap Campus to read from their works and give master classes.

Sept. 26 ‒ 27. , Jones lecturer at Stanford University’s creative writing program and author of “Centaur,” which won the 2013 Brittingham Prize in Poetry, will read at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 26 in Bingham Poetry Room, Ekstrom Library, and lead a two-hour master class at 10 a.m. Sept. 27 in Room 300, Bingham Humanities Building.

Oct. 12. , professor emeritus and writer in residence at Southeastern Louisiana University, has published two short-story collections and three novels. The Axton series is sponsor of his reading for the Louisville Literary Arts’ Writer’s Block Festival at 6 p.m. at UofL’s downtown Cressman Center for Visual Arts, 100 E. Main St.

Nov. 21 – 22. , associate English professor at University of Houston and teacher in Warren Wilson College’s low-residency master of fine arts program has published several poetry volumes and a book of essays on poetic craft. He will read at 7 p.m. Nov. 21 in Chao Auditorium, Ekstrom Library, and lead a two-hour master class at 10 a.m. Nov. 22 in Room 300, Bingham Humanities Building.
