The novel, set in Naslund鈥檚 own Old Louisville neighborhood, tells the story of a writer and her novel about the woman who was Marie Antoinette鈥檚 favorite portrait artist. Naslund also has a Marie Antoinette connection. Her book, 鈥淎bundance: A Novel of Marie Antoinette,鈥 was published in 2006.
