
Less than two months before the presidential election, a new documentary on the Electoral College features the expertise of the director of the McConnell Center at the University of Louisville.

Gregg is a recognized national expert on the Electoral College and editor of 鈥.鈥 He has debated the institution to elect the president and vice president of the United States on national television and radio networks including MSNBC, Fox News, NPR and Al Jazeera.
