Speakers will include Toshia Kimbler, a human-trafficking survivor;听Theresa Flores, a child sex trafficking survivor; and Colleen Clines, director of the , a nonprofit group that works to empower marginalized and exploited women in India. 听The conference is scheduled for 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Red Barn. Parking is available in the Speed Museum parking garage.

The Women鈥檚 Center at UofL is accepting donations for a silent auction at the event. Money raised through the auction will support a summer service learning trip to Peru where UofL students and employees will meet with women who are survivors of sexual violence and human trafficking.
